1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the AuraClear Chrome Extension or our website sandbox, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the extension.

2. Proprietary License Grant

AuraClear is a proprietary software utility. Under these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the extension for your personal or internal business operations in accordance with these Terms.

Restrictions: You may not redistribute, lease, sell, or sublicense the extension. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the code, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law.

3. User Responsibility & Compliance

AuraClear removes the visible watermark badge from Google Gemini images. You agree to use this extension responsibly, in compliance with Google's Terms of Service, and on your own generated images.

You acknowledge that while AuraClear strips the visible watermark, digital provenance signals (such as Google's SynthID metadata) may remain embedded in the image bytes. You agree not to represent AI-generated images as fully human-made where disclosure is legally or contractually required.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the extension code, graphics, branding, and website layouts are owned exclusively by AuraClear. Except as explicitly stated in the License Grant, all rights are reserved.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

AuraClear is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the extension will function uninterrupted, be secure, or remain compatible with future updates to Google Gemini's user interface or watermark formats.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AuraClear or its developers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the extension, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
